I certify that after a most careful examination of the case of Mr. A. L. Inglis, I have come to the decided conclusion that he is now and might for some time past have been suffering from Bright's disease of the kidney, a disease in itself exceedingly dangerous. After due consideration I have also concluded that it is absolutely necessary for him to proceed without loss of time to Europe, and recommend him to go accordingly by the next Mail Steamer.
